Duke has finally announced its site location for the new nuclear plant (Cherokee County, S.C) and three other early site permits (ESP). This is great news for the company and for me. Upcoming construction will offer great opportunities for advancement and also personal growth. This is also a big step for America, since our youngest nuclear plants are around 25 - 30 years old. The new reactors offer new advancements in passive safety and efficiency (They had 30 years time to make improvements).

I will be doing a pre drywall walk down of the house today. I will put new pictures and details about it soon. For the rest of the day I plan on drinking. Happy St. Patty's Day all.
